Note: The amount of $CAPY burned for community-driven proposals will be determined by the community through a voting system. The maximum amount that can be burned through this channel is 1% of the total supply.
The $CAPY tokens that are burned will be taken out of circulation, reducing the total supply of the token. This will help to increase the value of the remaining tokens by reducing the supply and making them more scarce.
Regarding token burning, a portion of the rewards can be burned to reduce the total supply over time and increase the value of each remaining token. The percentage of rewards burned can be determined based on the performance of the game and the demand for the token.
